Deborah is an excellent Holistic Wellness Coach, I first met Deborah a year ago and since we first spoke and our subsequent meetings afterwards she has helped me immensely with a variety of practical skills that have assisted with my mental health recovery in the most desperate of times, her calm, reassuring but inspiring advice & messages, will I feel help numerous others who also struggle with their own mental health at various times of their life.

I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism and goal setting strategies to focus on your own realistic future goals. Her support throughout each session and especially on aftercare has been invaluable.

I was lucky enough to have a few sessions with Deborah to discuss and help resolve a few wellness issues. From the outset, Deborah made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and as a result, during the sessions, I was surprised at how easy it was to open up to Deborah. In turn, she was able to pose exactly the right questions to be able to extract simple solutions that I definitely wouldn’t have come up with on my own. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Deborah as a wellness coach.

Deborah was a great help to me during a period where I was suffering from anxiety. It was at the time of the lockdowns where I was having to work from home every day and I was not coping very well. Deborah helped me talk though the way I was feeling. She asked me lots of questions which helped me to think more about my issues , help me better understand what was happening to me, and put in all in perspective. She also made suggestions for things I could implement to help me. These were only small things but, when added together, they certainly contributed to me getting on top of the issues I’d had been suffering with for so long.
