This first step of the Calm Journey is all about helping you bringing more calm into your life so you can react in a more controlled, calmer and healthier way, including:

Step 2: Plan & Prepare for Success

Do you find yourself rushing from one thing to the next with an ever growing to-do list to go through? Do you have the feeling of being ‘busy’ all the time and that there is always something to do next? It is hard to find time for a way out when you always feel busy, so this step is here to help manage your time more effectively and tackle challenges from a position of strength, including:

  • Simple techniques to plan ahead to avoid stress

Step 3: Embrace a positive mindset

Do you often blame yourself and feel responsible for things that have gone wrong? Do you carry the burden of those negative thoughts swirling in your mind and replay scenarios endlessly? Our brain has a tendency to focus and dwell on negative thoughts and amplifying the story behind it, This step is here to rebalance our thoughts and turn challenging situations into positive opportunities, including:
