David : Transformational coach
Hello! I’m David, co-founder of Neostara and transformational coach, based in Paris, France.
After studying mechanical engineering, followed by management and auditing in France, I have worked internationally for over ten years, including eight in China. I initially started by contributing to the development of various start-ups, until I joined one that transformed my career path, namely Teamacting, which is a consulting firm specialised in the writing and implementation of vision and strategies for a wide and varied range of clients.
From being responsible for the development and supervision of the back office , I quickly moved on to being a consultant facilitator. In this role I supported the growth and transformation of businesses, whilst maintaining the core value of recognising the importance and engagement of the existing workforce.
Along the way, I discovered coaching, which shares many similarities with being a facilitator. As I was eager to increase my ability to help individuals, and if I am honest probably also myself, I embarked on my coaching journey in 2016, where I received International Coach Federation (ICF) certified training by Craig McKenzie and Tony Dickel (who both co-founded Transcend International). Today I am working towards becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
As a transformational coach, I am here to accompany you to discover and become who you choose to be. As opposed to transactional coaching which is more focused on initiating action based on your existing way of being, transformational coaching dwelves deeper and aims at shifting or expanding your way of being, and particularly letting go of limiting thoughts and emotions, so that you can bloom into the one you really want to be.
I am passionate about improving the environment we live and work in, and particularly how people interact with each other. Areas of coaching which I specialise in include:
- Entrepreneurs and leaders who strive to have a positive impact on our society
- People who are trying to figure out what to do with their life.
- Teams or families who want more unity, better collaboration and less conflict.
- People who want to improve their interactions with others.
- People who want to discover themselves more and grow as individuals.
While I adapt quickly to my clients, they also appreciate my style: open, direct and energetic; my way of inspiring and simplifying through visuals; my ability to challenge them and make them move forward; and more importantly my genuine care for others.
