Positivity Workshop: Cultivating a Positive Mindset

Our brain as human beings has a tendency to focus and dwell on negative situations and thoughts, and amplify the story behind it. But reversing this can be done, we can break this cycle and rewire our brain to behave and react in a more positive and healthier way for ourselves. Once we start bringing in more positivity, we can unlock doors and bring in more joy and passion into our lives.
